Storyline
Prince Alaaddin is a man caught between two worlds: the obligations of the throne he is expected to inherit and a love that crosses every boundary his world has drawn. Aşk ve Taht is set in the medieval period, where the politics of dynastic survival and the weight of faith press down on every private decision its characters try to make. The result is a drama that uses its historical setting to ask questions that are not particularly historical.
The show launched on ATV in September 2026, with Akın Akınözü leading a cast built around a story of love, power, and what gets sacrificed when both are on the line at the same time. Produced by Durul Taylan, it is one of the most anticipated new series of the season.
