Filming has officially begun in Adana for ATV’s highly anticipated new drama Güneşin Doğduğu Yer, produced by TİMSB Productions. The series brings together two well-known Turkish actors, Burak Özçivit and Sibel Taşçıoğlu, who will portray a mother-and-son duo at the center of the story.
Burak Özçivit and Sibel Taşçıoğlu Join Forces
Burak Özçivit takes on the role of Kenan Kozan, while Sibel Taşçıoğlu plays his mother, Celadet Kozan. The two actors appeared together in front of the cameras on the series’ very first day of filming, marking the beginning of their on-screen mother-son relationship.
The series is produced by Timur Savcı and Burak Sağyaşar, with the screenplay written by Yıldız Tunç. Direction is being handled by Çağrı Vila Lostuvalı and Çiğdem Bozali.
A Story Between Germany and Çukurova
