Yıldız Çağrı Atiksoy

Yıldız Çağrı Atiksoy is a Turkish actress widely recognised for her portrayal of Malhun Hatun in the long-running historical drama Kuruluş: Osman. Born on April 1, 1986, in Karşıyaka, İzmir, Turkey, she built her career steadily through stage and television work before landing one of the most visible roles in Turkish prime-time drama.

Early life and education

Atiksoy began her acting career in the early 2000s, taking on various television and theatre projects that helped her refine her skills. Her range as a performer became clear through appearances in productions such as Aşk ve Gurur, where she demonstrated a confident dramatic presence. The opportunity to play Malhun Hatun — the second wife of Osman I and a historically significant figure in the founding narrative of the Ottoman state — brought her to a far wider audience.
