Ahmet Uğur Say is a Turkish actor whose face became inseparable from one of Turkish television’s most iconic franchises. Born in Ankara in 1986, he trained at the Istanbul University State Conservatory and has built a career defined by loyalty to long-running projects and an ability to bring depth to recurring characters.
Early life and education
Growing up in the Turkish capital, Ahmet Uğur Say developed an early interest in performance. He pursued that passion formally by enrolling at the Istanbul University State Conservatory, where rigorous theatre training gave him a solid technical foundation. Graduating into an industry that valued both stage discipline and screen charisma, he found television work relatively quickly, landing his first significant role in the early 2000s.

Awards and recognition
Ahmet Uğur Say first came to national attention through Kurtlar Vadisi (2003–2005) playing Mustafa, a role he reprised when the series returned as Kurtlar Vadisi Pusu, where he remained part of the cast from 2007 all the way to 2020 — a remarkable seventeen-year association with a single franchise. He later played Fikret in the family drama Zengin ve Yoksul (2016) and Ali in the romantic series Aşk ve Mavi (2017–2018). Most recently he joined the TRT intelligence drama Teşkilat (2021–2023) as Nuri. His sustained presence across decades of Turkish television has earned him a loyal following who appreciate his understated, consistent style.
