Biography
Tolga Kandemir was born in 1998 in İzmit, Kocaeli. He played basketball with a licence in his youth and first became known as a model: he won Best Model of Turkey in 2019 and was runner-up at Best Model of the World the same year. He then appeared on the reality show Kısmetse Olur: Aşkın Gücü, where he and Aybüke Çangal were disqualified under the show’s rules.
He moved into acting with FOX’s İyilik (2022) and the series Şahsi Meselemiz, which was filmed in Hatay. He then joined Kanal D‘s Arka Sokaklar in its 19th season as the police officer Melih Demircan, who is in a relationship with Şule, and played the role until the series ended in 2026 after 20 seasons and 751 episodes.
