Biography
Leyla Kırşan, who is credited as Leya Kırşan, was born on 23 May 2008 in Istanbul and has worked on television since she was six. Her first role was Ecem in Hayat Yolunda in 2014, and in 2017 she appeared in Adı Efsane and in Payitaht Abdülhamid as Şadiye Sultan.
Her first big part was Elif in the TRT youth series Tozkoparan (2018 to 2020) and its sequel Tozkoparan İskender (2021 to 2022). In 2023 she joined Kuruluş Osman as Fatma Hatun, Osman Bey’s daughter, in more than sixty episodes over two seasons.
In 2026 she made her cinema debut as a lead in Efesin Sırrı and joined NOW‘s Black Sea drama Sevdam Karadeniz as Üzüm Alazlı. It premiered on 12 October 2026. She was a Golden Butterfly nominee for best child actress in 2022.
